Dear Clients and Business Friends,

In this issue of H&P Magazine, we look back on 25 years of HAVEL & PARTNERS and the journey we have shared with you. It is a story of constant transformation – law has changed, business has changed, the world has changed. And so have we. We started as a team of five with the ambition to build a law firm with an international reach. Today, we have come much further.

According to the results of the Law Firm of the Year awards, we have been named the Best Domestic Law Firm and won the Best Client Services category for the sixth consecutive year. We have received the Innovative Firm of the Year award and, for the second time, rank among the Top 100 most valuable Czech companies according to the Czech Elite ranking. Over 25 years, we have grown into a comprehensive advisory group. Beyond law and tax, we also provide top-tier services in other areas such as asset protection and management through our ONE FAMILY OFFICE, patent and accounting consulting, competition law, GDPR compliance, health concierge and security services, education, marketing, and HR. In this magazine, you can read about our success story from the very beginning and see how we have grown together with you.

I believe success happens where bold ideas meet humility and real values, where long-term vision combines with daily effort, and ambition pairs with a constant desire to learn and move forward. I am grateful that even after 25 years, we have not lost that drive to be better every single day. This mindset guided us when we founded the firm in 2001 and it still does, even though our group now numbers over 700 people.

A quarter-century of growth is behind us, and for that, we owe a big thank you to you – our clients and business partners. Your trust, openness, and long-term cooperation give our work meaning and value. Every project, every joint decision, every challenge we have overcome together means more than professional success – it is proof that our work truly makes an impact. In this issue, you will find a selection of projects and stories in which we participated as legal counsel – just a glimpse of what we have achieved together.

I also want to thank our colleagues for their dedication, loyalty, and energy. Thanks to them, HAVEL & PARTNERS remains not only a top advisory group but also an exceptional place where people inspire each other and share values that lead to success. You will read about them in these pages too.

At the same time, we realise that in today’s world, we cannot rely on what worked yesterday. That’s why we launched our transformation project TIGER, which you will learn more about in this issue. TIGER is taking us, after a quarter-century, into a new era – more productive, more efficient, more technologically advanced, and at the same time stronger on a human level.

We believe that when things are going well, it is important to give back. In the magazine, you will learn where HAVEL & PARTNERS lends a helping hand, how we approach the development of education, and even find book recommendations that inspire us and deepen our understanding of success in business.

Our 25th anniversary is a big commitment for us – to keep moving forward with humility, courage, and a passion for finding new paths. And I hope that together with you, we will write another chapter in our story and yours.
