Part of HAVEL & PARTNERS’ corporate philosophy is to co-invest with clients and to continue to support their projects when the opportunity arises. Through a company set up to manage our private capital earned over years of legal practice, the partners of our law firm and ONE FAMILY OFFICE invest in a range of projects and funds in a variety of promising areas, including agriculture and succession. In the past, we also invested in several private equity and venture capital funds, thanks to which we are indirectly involved in supporting the growth and development of more than a hundred companies, including startups, in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad.

VERDI PODFOND FAREM | VERDI SICAV A.S.
Verdi Agro Fund is the first fund in the Czech market allowing qualified investors to invest in farms and agricultural primary production. Agriculture is a stable sector that does not correlate with the economic cycle and thrives even in times of crisis and high inflation. The uniqueness of the fund lies in the fact that it does not invest only in agricultural land, but mainly in farms in the Czech Republic with the aim of their modernisation and further development.
In its second year of operation, the Verdi farm fund has delivered a return of over 13% and has thus yielded over 15% p. a. to its clients since inception. We believe that agriculture is becoming trendy again, not only because of the greater emphasis on local agricultural production, but also because of the impact of Covid, the war in Ukraine, and the disruption of supply chains. Succession solutions are also a key need in this segment today.
